How to Use Detaprofi Medex SpotX Decol as a Pre-Spotting Agent Suitable for use to pre-treat stains in laundry. Also, suitable for pre-treating textiles prior to dry cleaning with perchlorethlyene.
Always perform a hem test when first applying Detaprofi Medex SpotX Decol to any textile, in particular delicates. If the hem test causes any colour lift do not use on stained area of textile.
Apply a few drops of Detaprofi Medex SpotX Decol to medicine or ointment stain. Remember to use powerful spotting agents sparingly!
Use a spatula or spotting brush to gently work in Spotter to the stained area of garment. Mechanical action helps loosen stains.
Leave Spotter to react with medicine or ointment stain for up to 20 minutes maximum.
Rinse out Spotter prior to putting textiles in to dry cleaning machine. This step is not required if textile is being cleaned in water i.e. laundry or wet cleaning.
Cover wet area with pre-brushing soap before dry cleaning textile to help remove stains.
